MBS Filemaker Plugin, version 2.3pr4

New in this prerelease of the 2.3 plugins:

• Fixed linking bug with libcrypto so the plugin loads again on Mac OS X 10.4 and 10.5.
• Added Window.ShowOverlay and Window.HideOverlay.
• Added Window.AsPDF function.
• Added WebView.SearchText.
